Brittney Kosev is a powerhouse entrepreneur, real estate broker, and investor dedicated to empowering others. As the Broker/Owner of BK Real Estate, founded in 2023, she provides agents with the tools and training to succeed.Growing up as the oldest of seven in humble beginnings, Brittney learned the value of hard work early on. From earning $60K a year as a teacher to six figures a month in real estate, she turned ambition into reality.A former school librarian, Brittney started real estate part-time while raising two kids. Within two years, she made the leap to full-time, quickly building a successful career. Inspired by the BiggerPockets podcast, she expanded into investing, growing a portfolio of 11 rental properties and becoming a part-owner of a mortgage company.
